    Default Something new to try


    I like fish deep fried mostly.....My wife saw something she wanted to try. Take fillets dredge in flour with salt and pepper....dip in a beaten egg...then fry in shallow oil (I melt in a little butter for flavor)....Use med. heat like frying egg.
