Flour-eggwash-flour-eggwash -> breadcrumbs, fried in Canola Oil.
I add Tony's Seasoning to the flour and eggwash for some spice and flavor.
My Homemade tarter sauce:
1/2 cup mayonaise
2 Tablespoons of fresh horseradish
3 teaspoons of pickle relish
1 teaspoon of dijon mustard
juice of one lemon
salt and pepper to taste
