I usually count out what I think I'll eat and multiply by 20. Then I'll add enough for 4 more guys. This way you know you'll have extra. (By the way, I'm a 250 lb. man and can eat ALOT of fish when I'm hungry! :D ) Fixing for men you'll need more than for women and kids.
Now, if you dont have enough fish then add salt.....ALOT OF SALT!!:D
