Fixed it last night for wife and I...should have wore my reading glasses put equal parts breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese in. Still it turned out great, we both loved it..... might just leave it that way. Thanks for the recipe.

I found a way to really improve on what was already my wife and I's favorite fish meal. Use Bream filets instead!!!! Best fish I have ever eaten bar none using this recipe. The restaurant my son works at is going to start serving parmesan baked fish after trying this recipe also.

Great recipe. try crushing some good garlic croutons and use in place of the bread crumbs. It really kicks it up a notch!

    Ingredients

    1 or 2 eggs
¾ cup Panko Italian or any bread crumbs
    ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
    ¼ teaspoon ground dried thyme
    Fish filets
    ¼ cup melted butter

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees

    2. In a small bowl prepare an egg wash. In a separate bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and thyme. Dip the filets in the egg wash and then press into the crumb mixture to coat. Place filets in a glass baking dish, and drizzle with melted butter.

    3. Bake on the top rack of the preheated oven until the fish flakes easily, about 15 minutes.

First time with this recipe last night. Very good, like OSS not a thyme fan so used other spices lightly. Taste was great just not finger food like deep fried. Glad I tried it and will do it again.

Wife and I had the "easy version" last week, and it was delicious. Gonna try it with some Cajun spices in the mix next time.
    GO BIG ORANGE !

I meant to behave, but there were just way too many other options available at the time.
