    Default Crappie salad

I came up with a new recipe that is very good. Took some fresh fillets and put garlic salt, onion powder and lemon pepper on them. Sprayed butter flavored Pam on baking sheet. Did not put any butter or other flavoring like I normally use for broiled crappie as I wanted the flesh to dry out a little bit. Baked at 450 for 12 minutes. Then put on broil(my oven has a range of 1 to 5 for broil and I used 3) for 4 minutes. Let cool and crumble up in mixing bowl. Add Hellman's mayo and sweet relish. I also chopped up some sweet onion in mine even though I don't think I would add onion if it was strong. Put in refrigerator to cool and give it a try.
