Saw a recipe in a Wild Ohio magazine and decided to try it on some crappie caught through the ice. It was great:D
Its for 1lb of fish.
2 tablespoons of melted butter
2 tablespoons of italian breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon of dried parsley
1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
put in the oven until they are done:D
