    Default Broiled Parmsean Crusted Crappie

This recipe may be on here somewhere but its worth reposting if not.
This will make a fish lover out of just about anyone.

    4-6 Crappie filets

    1/2 stick of butter
    1 tbl spoon Italian seasoning
    1/3 cup Italian bread crumbs
    1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

combine ingredients (not the filets) in a bowl and set aside
It helps to soften the butter in the microwave first

Rinse and dry your filets, place in a baking dish and broil on second rack set at high
for 3 minutes, turn filets and broil for 3 more minutes.
remove from oven and spoon on the crusting mix.
broil for another 3 minutes or until topping is browned.

Served over brown rice and WA-LAH!!!!!Hands Clapping
