    I just recently started using it, I like it better, My ? is do they make a wet batter that is spicy like cajun or in that order?

    add some cayenne pepper to your batter. You could also just add some cajun seasoning to it. Tony Cacheres (sp) etc...

    Splash some Franks Red Hot sauce in the batter.
