Default Cooking crappie in cold temps will It be ok?

Not really sure about this weekend just looking for some advice. My son is turning 5 and I'm having a fish fry sunday but the high is only going to be 20 degrees. Using a propane cooker outside just wandering if anyone thinks I'm going to run into trouble with my oil temp due to the temps outside. Never had a fish fry in the winter don't want to ruin a bunch of fish and the weekend. Take any advice from the pros. thank you

Will not be a problem at all. Trust me. Been there, done that.
I'm sick of following my dreams. I'm just going to ask them where they're goin' and hook up with them later.

As long as the oil is hot you are OK. If you are worried you can send up a few filets and I will test them for you . FREE of CHARGE Also send some potato salad just to make sure thats OK also

Only if those winds pick up.:o If you cannot keep the fire on the pot your grease will cool down pretty quick in those cold temps. If the wind isnt blowing then no problems.
Health nuts are going to feel stupid someday, lying in hospitals dying of nothing.
