We've done them several times and MAN O MAN are they good. If you want to. you can go ahead and make up a bunch, then eat what you want and freeze the uncooked one's. They turn out real good from the freezer. We'll typically make up 19, then eat 6. All we do is use a seal a meal and put up 2 bags of 6 for later. Just be careful after you thaw them. SLOW thaw them in the fridge and be careful cooking them, then tend to fall apart if you ain't careful
