    It's' Saturday, and it's a beauty for October in Michigan. It's in the mid to upper 70's and very low wind. So why am I not out fishing? Good question. My primary fishing partner is not feeling well, so I stayed home to comfort her.

    I decided that some ribs on the smoker would be in order as long as I'm hangin around the house. I'm hungry already. :D

    Supper is at 6.


    new this year, and I am really getting into grillin/smokin over charcoal/wood.


    Mmmmm... it's gonna be good w/ roasted veggies!

    yankee doodler, my mouth is watering looking at those , i just got back from baldwin michigan last week with some fresh salmon we caught, i smoked some up and made a fish dip with them.everyone is wanting more now, what wood do you like when you smoke your ribs
