    Hi All,

Have you ever tried substituting coarsely ground frosted flakes for some of your bread crumbs and/or corn meal. Makes a great crunchy and sweet addition to your current recipe.

I hear ya Anchorpuller, House Autry is hard to beat. I just add some Cayenne Pepper to the mix, dip filets in butter milk, coat with the mix, deep fry and enjoy!!!!!
By the way, tried the Crappie Cakes recipe from Sac-A-lait and boy were they ever good!!
