House of Autry seafood breader just add salt and black pepper or cayenne. House of Autry also makes a good hushpuppy mix. Matter of fact I can't think of anything they make that isn't good.
Psalms 27:1 The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear?
My Grandpa was a life long angler. He finished out his life trying to catch every perch in Lake Erie. All the old guys up there turned me on to just using plain old Aunt Jemima pancake mix. Add a little salt and pepper if you want but I like it plain.
andys is my favorite they have white, red ,or cajun. the cajun is good but too spicy for th women in my house so we go with the red it still has a little kick to it
give a man a fish he'll eat for a day, teach a man to fish and he'll spend thousands of dollars on fishing equipment
Cajun Shore Lunch for me, hard to find sometimes tho
I love the taste of the fish (crappie, bluegill, perch, walleye), so all I do is dip in whole milk, coat in flour with some salt and pepper, and pan fry with a little veg oil and butter for taste. It's a good lite breading for fish you want to taste and not just season the heck out of.
I mix 2/3 Mesa flour to 1/3 fine potato flakes or corn meal. Then old bay, salt, pepper to taste in a big plastic bowl. 1 egg to 2 cups milk. Dip about 7 pieces of crappie in the milk/egg mixture at a time, drain slightly, mix good in bowl until covered and into deep fryer @ 375 deg. Fry till golden brown!
I found a new one
A buddy of mine gave me some to try.
it's called Hamms fish breading
they are a small company in Bartonville Il. They can be found on the web
I like the Cajun flavored one it's a nice dry breading
