Thread: What is your favorite fry mix or breading

I like the Andy's Seafood Breading. There are 2 flavors, "Red" which is spicy, and regular "yellow". Both are good.

Awesome recipe

I sure wish I had got my mom's recipe before she passed away years ago... She was the best fish cook ever....

i used house autry seafood breader an mix in some ol bay its real good an have used uncle bucks from bass pro, its very good also

3 parts yellow self-rising corn meal mixed with one part flour. Add lemon pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and some fine ground black pepper. Mix quart of whole milk with one beaten egg. Dip filets in milk/egg mixture and dredge in dry mixture . Fry in 350 degree peanut oil.
