Yes, as a matter of fact, I do have a retirement plan...FISHING!INDyak LIKED above post
Today me and a buddy went to our local crappie hole...I couldnt hardly manage 2 poles and keep minnows on, fish on the stringer, and smoke a cigarette bc they was so active, my buddy caught 3...I wont forget anytime soon. Nor will I let him. I gave him a few and kept 13.
The day I caught this was one of my best days fishing ever! Almost every cast I was bringing one in. Nothing of any size much but a joy to catch. I even remembered to get photos for the BnM contest that was going on that month. Would love to have one of those days and take my family especially my daughter. Love to see and hear her get excited!
After 25 years of being located to several other states due to work career l finally moved back home to South Carolina and working on my bucket list of fishing the different lakes in South Carolina again.
Last year l went to Santee Cooper and it brought back many good memories of fishing there many times with friends and family.

It's not the numbers or the size, it's the time spent on the water!
The largest war mouth perch I’ve ever caught came on a pre-rigged double-hook Creme black plastic worm. I had gotten several bites right at the grass edge as I would reel it back to shore. After letting it run with it each time I still had been unable to set the hook. Thinking it was a bass I told my father I was going to let him swim around the lake with it the next time bit. Well he did bite and I let him take line for what seemed like a very long time. But it worked and I was quite surprised at the size and species.
Pass the "Sportsman Baton" on before you're gone, promote values for others to hunt and fish upon.
