If then you have been raised with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Col 3:1
There was a salmon fisherman who was out in the ocean fishing when his boat sank.
He was lucky enough to make to a deserted island where he had to survive on what he could find.
When the Coastguard eventually found him, the leader noticed there was a fire pit with California Condor feathers all around.
He went over to the fisherman and said, "You know, it's illegal to kill a California Condor, I'm afraid I'm going to have to arrest you." The fisherman protested for some time saying that he killed it because he was going to starve but eventually he calmed down.
"Out of curiosity" the coastguard asked, "What did it taste like?" The fisherman replied, " Well, it was kind of a mix between a snowy owl and a bald eagle."

The first day I got my kayak me and a couple buddies took them to the local lakes, 1st time either of them had ever been in a kayak. Outside temp is about 40 degrees. Long story short, my one buddy is in my kayak maybe 15 yards of the ramp. I'm looking away tying a jig on and I hear the splash. He's flipped it. Swims inshore, and proceeds to strip his wet clothes off..so we're figured were gonna head home. Nope he teaches down grabs his fishing pole and keeps fishing for another 2 hrs in his soaked boxers and boots..in at most 40 degree temps. Didn't catch a thing but will never forget that trip
Q: What do fish and women have in common?
A: They both stop shaking their tale after you catch them!
