The weeks can get so long sometimes,
The kids are wild and the wife just spent our last dime.

Thank god there is a place I can go,
It's a special place called crappie.com where endless fishing porn flows.

I can vist with friends who love the same things I do,
Even learn new methods such as spider rigging, dipping and jigging.

but I would have to say my favorite part is the good fishing reports,
I can't wait get loaded up and head to a lake made by the corp.

As login 1 last time for the day,
I see that driftmaster trolling rack CDC is giving away.

Man I would sure get some likes,
If I posted some pics of that rig one night.

The boys at camp would be so jealous,
When they see my catch and that rack they will say how did you catch them, please tell us.

i just wander will I win? Do I have a chance?
Guess I will wait to December and take another glance.

    Thanks driftmaster and spec.

Ed, I am glad I don't have to choose, there are too many good ones. Need a panel of judges like American Idol or something.
    Good Luck.

Twas the night before Slabfest as I fueled up my boat
I charged my battery and checked my Ipilot remote

With my poles restrung with Hi Vis line
That first place trophy will surely be mine

Crappie.com members asleep in their beds
With visions of rigged driftmasters in their heads

The sun was rising over Lake Monroe
We fired up the boats and away we go
On Flycaster, on Shu, on Russ, Go Stu!

Happy Fishing to all and to all a good bite

    On crappie.com
    Longing lineing through
    Electric dreams of golden slabs
I am a drift master, my mind spider rigged with the possibilities
But, without the tools to troll the real waters
    Verse shall set me free.

    ”A blessing”

Hello guys and gals from coast to coast,

From big john I give ya a friendly toast.

Well I started my passion for perch just a coupla years back,

It was a slow bite and learning just couldn’t find my knack.

I joined crappie.com and a blessing it became to be,

I met a lot of fine people that showed me the way I should see.

I cut my teeth on spider rigging with a driftmaster system, it gotme hooked,

I was trolling ,strolling ,pushing and pulling it almost got my wife booked!!!

But the thing that really gets you if you will join in on the gettogethers,

Is the people and the fellowship that makes you thankful for allthese fellows.

crappie .com has many a feller, that stick together like fire on a couple of marsh mellers.
it's here where I was to finally learn, how to catch crappie while getting my head burned
stepping thru high grass and watchin for chiggers, hauling my poles with the new spider riggers
i'm on my way to my favorite spots, to do damage on them slabs with the white and black dots
no more bassin with the spinners or baitcasters, just me and a cold one and my set of driftmasters

Listen my friends, I will tell you true,
Crappie .com and Drift Masters were created for you.
They help you go out and catch the big fish.
Their goal is to complete your angling wish.

Members share information on what, when and where
They will not steer you wrong, they really do care
They will give you great clues because it’s the reel deal
Well that’s what they say and that’s how I feel.

At the end of the day
Before he lays down to dream
Crappie Dot Com pops up on his screen.

Through the accounts of the day
    he does tiredly scroll
As he longs for the day
When across his honey-hole he will troll.

Will he cast, will he jig,
Will he go slower, or faster?
Or will he attempt to spider rig
    Using his brand new Driftmaster?

    The lines, they will tangle
There will be an awful mess
    Tackle will become mangled
When he puts his new Driftmaster to the test,

    His joy will be short-lived
When all eight rods go down
At the same time when he hits
The new brush pile he's found.

    His best he will try
But the best, he will not do.
But when he gets home, he will not cry
For at least he caught a fish or two.

So if to the fishing hole you go
And on the water you see
    A man shouting expletives
And breaking rods over his knee

    Just troll quickly away
    And make not a fuss
    Why, it's just 'ole CMJ
For he's not as graceful as the rest of us.
