Great story "G"...one correction tho. He hasn't nominated a "fetcher" up here yet...no Ted get yer own.

Don;t ya sometimes wonder about the oddities of the world? Things that defy explanation. I mean things like black holes. Those areas in space where nothing seems to exist. Or how about something a bit closer to home. The platypus for example. Now that's a strange one...part mamal, part duck, and part something else. Or how about some of the peculiar people we've all heard about. People that possess unusual, sometimes twisted power or influence. We've all met them, or will someday.
One such individual comes to mind right off the bat. I'll bet some of you know him too. His name is Ted, but most know him a Billbob. Now Ted has many unusual traits. He has this uncanny ability to convince people it would be in their best interest to get beers for him. "Fetching" I think he calls it. I think that if most of these poor souls took a minute to consider how that term is generally employed, they might think better of being labeled "fetcher". Heck I think they even have a "Team Fetcher" shirt now. If you don't think that's enough, consider that Billbob has actually influenced Ed to put his mug on a can cooler! Now Ed will probably deny Ted influenced him in this matter, but the fact is Ted has used one of his unique powers of suggestion on Ed. Why else would somebody put a picture of Billbob on something? I mean I could see a picture of Ted with some of the women he is regularly posing with...which brings me to another case of his unusual power to coerce people. Maybe his IS just that nice of a guy...ya think?
Either way you look at it, Billbob has made a big impression on lots of folks. Whether he is dazzling them with his fishing prowess, like throwing poles into the water to create new habitat, or entertaining them with one of his many "true to life" tales, or just making them feel important by allowing them the privilege of bringing him a cold one, Billbob has won the hearts of us all with his unique and gentle manner. Here's to you Ted.

One time a long time ago at fishing camp, the adults where gathered round playing Euchre into the wee hours of the morning. Shortly after midnight we hear this blood curdling screem and see BillBob come flying out of his tent screeming his lungs out. Once we caught up to him and calmed him down, we got the truth. A bear grabbed his arse right through the tent wall. Ok, back to reality, no bears in Central Illinois, however something did grab his arse through the tent wall as evidenced by the claw marks in the tent. We determined it was a racoon by the scat left at the scene of the crime. Appearantly BillBob screemed so loud it scared the crap out of the coon where it stood. However, to this day we aren't sure who was more scared, the coon or BillBob. We also determined why the coon grabbed BillBobs tushy, he left minnows in his back pocket.
The moral of the story, never let BillBob play with his minnows.
Happy Birthday.
By the way the story is true, however the main character isn't Billybob, or was it? Rofl

Quick, someone teach me how to fish so I can win this tournament!!!
When I see that billbob post a message, I know to write it down with spaces between the words. That way, I can add words so the message makes sence. I have been to a few fish n camps where he was there too. I've enjoyed his company at all. Hope to see him at a lot more.
