Got to the (new) honey hole tonight with a good friend, on the water about 5:15 nice calm night , overcast, water temp just about 66. First cast netted a nice 13". Many to follow as well as plenty of bass, my buddy (kinda new to crappie fishing) was lagging behind, so after a 1/2 hr or so I set him up with something I thought would work, roadrunner copy that I made and a Kalins crappie scrub color acid rain. He fished that the rest of the night and it worked out well. I stuck with a Sexee shad blue silver chartreuse tail that's been killing it for the past couple outings with 6lb. I don't have a clicker but we were hovering around triple digits caught between crappie bass and bluegill. Just about all crappie were 12-13" a couple just shy of 14".
