I fished Lake Oconee yesterday using Livescope. I have been waiting for the weather to change and yesterday was the day for me. It was cloudy and there were a few sprinkles and the fish were looking up. The water was 66-68 degrees and the fish are still in the timber. I caught a few good fish on jigs but most were caught with minnows. I rigged two rods with Thill slip bobbers 1/16 oz size with a bobber stop set at 13 feet above the bobber. Below the bobber I tied on a leader (18-20 inches) to a swivel. Below the swivel I tied a red bead, 1/16 oz sinker and a size 4 hook. I fished timber in 25-30 feet of water. The fish were suspended at 10 feet to 20 feet but I caught most at a depth of 12-13 feet. I ended the day with 16 fish which were 11 inches or better and probably caught at least 25-30 fish altogether. If you watch the video I hope you enjoy it.
