• Dock dipping KABOOM

Nice couple days in 70s so we Decided to head to the lake. Good time to get final boat rides in and wet a line. Went out on our besties
Toon for cruise and it was perfect.

Then I cooked up shrimp for probably our last neighbor feast and it was nice.

Then of course with my duties done next morning I got up early let dogs out, have my coffee and blueberry muffin and then watch sun come up.

Then it's KRAPPIE TIME! Hit first docks by toon and start ketchn dinks. Move to next and finally a good keeper so fill the bucket and methodically move from dock to dock working them and picked up a couple more.

Moved to place havnt been to in long time and KABOOM a 12incher! Then more dinks and BOOM another bugun, then another and another.

My neighbor came down who had been up to my cabin and joined me. First time in many years he fished in this lake tho he has lived here for decades. Showed him where and how to fish these docks and he started ketchn tho no keepers.

I picked a few more keepers and my wife joined us. Brought wrong rod down and didn't try long

Took a ride in toon and hit some docks out of wind. Kept ketchn dinks but I did pick up couple more worth keeping. Great day to be dipping and being outside.

Then as heading back ran into the mayor and YES was the answer when I asked if he wanted my ketch. Of course I cleaned and bagged them for him. Said he and his wife really loved the last bags I gave him. Always good to share.
