• Rickie does crappie too!

    Many here know Rickie (rnvinc) as the marine electronics and machinist guru. There have not been many here who have helped more folks with technical issues than Rickie has. I’m also proud he’s my 1st cousin.

    He has done most of the electronics work on all of my Excel bay boats and my current Storm Cat 230. I always try to pay him for his work but he always says “Take me fishing sometime”.

    I’m still rehabbing from my recent spine surgery and trying to ease back into guiding. Rickie and I were on Ky Lake the last two days trying to locate some fish for an upcoming guide trip. We tried a few different tactics but my tried and true crankbait trolling produced the best results. Rickie had just said “Cuz, you kicked my butt today!” whenthis 15 1/2 inch pig decided to slam a Mad Cow Bandit 100 behind an Off Shore Tackle Tadpole diving weight.
