My cabin partner and I made it up and cut the grass, after some emergency repairs did some cleaning up and then time to hit the bank!

Heard thru network that bite was on but with not a lot of size and boy was that true. Had to wade thru dinks to start filling bucket but it was on. We must have caught 60 but only kept 20 and there was some real marginal ones. When I cleaned them there were 5 that were 10 to 11 but most were around 9.

Still we loved the ketchn and anytime KABOOM happens were happy.

One cool thing was a guy launched his boat close to us and when he was ready to leave I started talking to him as I do and was friendly about using LS. I ASKED IF HE WOULDNY MIND scanning water we were fishing and he had me climb in and look. Could not believe where and how many there were! HAD ME DROP jig and watched it go into crowd of crappie and one pop it. Course it was a dink but still cool. Only big ones were on bottom under dink city. So now we know where the brush and fish were absolutely. Caughht several nice ones from that spot.

BTW great sunset and moonrise along w a nice ribeye dinner.

Good pics and tasty looking food. Careful looking and using livescope will become addictive….lol. Love watching the fish reactions and learn so much. Good job

Wow, those fish fillets browned up just like a steak would! Thanks for the post and your LS story. That was real nice of him.

Oh it was very interesting and informative but I have been innoculated against the LS virus so I am safe. Besides I am waiting on my good fishing buddy Kapn krappie to buy one. He has gone out multiple times with one and has the LS fever but is battling against it.

It was the first day of a nice multiple day trip.
