• Kayak Trip Report, Ditto Landing

I fished the Ditto landing back slough today (across the road from the boat harbor) from 6M till about 10:30AM. The fish were scattered, but agreeable. Best bait was a 1/16oz White Marabou about three foot deep. I fished spider rigging four poles. Caught about 50, mostly short fish but kept half a limit. I only returned two larger fish. Thanks to catchNgrease for reminding me about Ditto. The bite ended around 9:30AM, but good morning and gave me time to clean fish before the rain started. The water was 85 degrees with visibility of about 10 to 12 inches.
