• First Black Nose Crappie

Got to get out today and enjoy some fishing time and a little R&R eating lunch on a sandy shore watching the River. Took a picture of the yak while kicked back with my new Crappie.com patriotic sticker. Thanks again for including it in the prize back Slab makes a great addition to the yak. Ended up finding a few under a pontoon boat and few while dock shooting. Didn’t think that where I fish I would catch a Black nose but the genetics are here caught the proof today. Seemed to really do well today using a 1/48th oz itty bitty jig head using a mix of itty bitty swim r’s and itty bitty slab hunt’rs. Colors that did best for me were mayfly, copper nose and purple monkey. Thanks guys for all the knowledge on here it’s helped me understand and be more strategic in what to look for while fishing for crappie. Thanks for reading and be blessed.
