Launched at 8:15 am this morning and packed it up at 12:15 as I thought I had 25 for a Limit,,but kept 23 was the count when I got home to clean them. Fish are slamming the PICO crankbaits as water temp was 62.5 when I hit the water. With all the action I just kept clicking my counter to much! Biggest was just 15” and didn’t keep any under 10”. All were females except 1 male. Was fishing in 10’ to 12’ depths as speeds of 1.5 to 1.8 with the wind and waves sometimes messing with boat control. Any bright colors was good. Fire tiger tore them up. I kept the cranks about a couple feet off the bottom. Caught numerous dinks and 5 bass also. Eggs nowhere near ready. It’s crazy times when you have 2 or 3 rods going off at the same time when I run thru crappies showing up on the electronics. Right now,,,It’s time to fish!
