GG Kayak Report (All over North Alabama)

Finally able to get some time to do a little fishing and it just wasn’t my day. Fished three different locations today from daylight until dark. Seen fish on my graph at all three locations. They were hugging the bottom right under the Shad and I just couldn’t get them to bite. That is the most frustrating knowing they are there and just can’t get them to cooperate. Ended up finally catching 3 keepers and a catfish right before dark spider rigging. Got some new rod holders for the kayak couple of weeks ago from Hi-Tek Stuff and was able to use them so was excited about that. Picture below is the new setup and look forward to being able to use these if work will ever slow down. Overall still a great day to be out on the water.
