Often we turn to faith in times of need, however, this post is more for praise as the only way I can explain the fishing Thursday and Friday. My Lord blessed (2) windows of opportunity of low winds & limits by 10:30 each morning. Thursday truth be told actually was 20 fish, but the multiple pole bending swayed the clicker, as after 10:30 I was upgrading off what I thought was 25[emoji2960]....anyways the good size fish just kept coming....As for the report lake Jesup, west of bird island (cut the lake half) open water long-lining, water temp 73 F, anything w/chartreuse in it, bite slows if the wind comes up. Pics of a bruiser rows of 13" fish, threw back everything under 12" & was good to see many of "next yrs" fish set free for future seed. Such a good feeling when the times you finally get to go, are as exceedingly beyond your expectations. Through good times & bad our Lord is there for the calling & in charge, the only following I need & hopefully you as well...Happy Holidays , tight lines, & I'll see ya next yr, schedule dictates no more fishing till then...tight lines.
