Things went so well the last time I went it wasn't hard to talk me into going again.

Got a late start due to the storms that rolled through on Friday morning. Started around noon.

Lots of fish on the brush piles and lots of them are 8-10" but with some larger ones mixed in, 8-12 FOW. It seemed odd to us but the larger fish started biting better later in the day, made it hard to leave. Wound up with 41 keepers.

Once again 1/16th Oz hair jigs worked very well. Fish were short striking again so we swung and missed a lot.

Here's my buddy with a couple of the nice ones. Oh, and, the fish cleaning station at Waveland is FANTASTIC!

We sure had a blast. What a beautiful place!
