• O What a night

So I have a fellow CDC friend in the area and we decided to chase the elusive crappie Fri night. Got out and set up just before dark and then the fun began in my boat at least. My friends were within yelling distance were on the fish but not as good as we were doing. But still catching some, the only difference I could identify was I use halogen bulbs and they were using LEDs. When we decided to call it I had a 2 man limit and they had a nice mess. We had 8 that were 2lbs or better.

Actually we left them biting, unfortunately it was all witnessed by a fellow CDC friend in a different boat who for whatever reason didn't get into them like we did. [emoji28]

Cornered them again last night and a friend and I decided to come in with 38 candidates for the skillet, just in time for a family fish fry.
