• I see clearly

I got a new Helix 5si and was overwhelmed. At the Kentucky Shindig Ricky spent a while showing me the basics of my new device. I left there a lot more confident and anxious to get out and try out my new toy. Well the basics got me started but I wanted more so I got my buddy slabseeker1 to go out with me. He showed me a few more things and we were able to catch a nice stringer in the process. He said he really enjoyed sitting in the back of the boat away from the trolling motor. The guys in crappie.com are so helpful. My crappie fishing just got a lot more fun. Thanks and happy fishing.

Congrats! I need a lot of practice, and probably some instruction as well.

I am a fish finder nut. I think I enjoy watching my units better than catching fish. It is amazing what you can see and find. My newest unit is a Ray Marine and it is fantastic. Oh well, they are all good. I am always trying to upgrade my brain on these machines!!
