• Fishing report Chickamauga Lake

    My friend Tim and I went crappie fishing today. We blasted off at sunrise and fished until after lunch.
    We caught 16 or 17 with 10 nice fat keepers. The water temp. was 72* in the morning and 74* when we called it a day. Most of the fish were close to the bottom. As a matter of fact we had to wash the mud off some of them they were so close to the bottom. lol
    Bait of choice was Bobby Garland Baby Shad. Bluegrass, Outlaw Special and Monkey Milk. 1/32 oz. jig.
