Well, hello everyone. I hope you're all doing well today and have a better day tomorrow. I just wanted to show my fishies
It was roughly 70 degrees overnight. We got to Polecat Creek around roughly 8:00 PM, because that's where people reported "fish are biting good there". Well, I guess they didn't like the way our minnows smelled, so we packed up around 12:30 AM and headed to our "secret hole". We set up about 1:00 AM'ish and the bite was on as soon as we got there. We would've had a lot more if we would've followed our first instinct and went there. I did get a little cool breeze around 3:00 AM-4:30 AM. I was tight lining under a bridge sitting in 30 fow. I dropped down to 12-14 ft and when it got to be closer to daybreak, I moved up to 8-10 ft. All caught on minnows except one. One was caught with a crank bait trolling.
I also met, Anthonyb, from here, and him and his wifey-pooh had a good catch rate as well from what they reported, and he was kind enough to pass along some well needed minnows! Thanks, Anthonyb! Appreciated that! Well, here is my pics. Enjoy the rest of your day and Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar Eagle!!
