Semi-Finalists in the Aug-Sept Photo Contest and Calendar Candidates

There were so many good pictures entered into the August and September Photo Contest. I know the contest is not over just yet, but since each of these entries will be candidates for the 2012 Calendar, and we need high resolution images to make the calendar, I thought I'd start asking for those images now.

Every photo on this page will likely be included in the calendar if I receive a high quality image. So please email them to me at [email protected].

I repeat, all the photo's below will be included in the calendar (unless there are extenuating circumstances), if I get I get a high res image. So send me that email.

And all those members mentioned below, that get included in the calendar, will get a free calendar as well. So, when you send me that email, include your mailing address.

This is the Semi-Finalists List for inclusion in the calendar. Once the contest is over (ends Sept 30th, 2011), the actual winners will be picked for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes.

Under each picture is the "Year Month, Lake - Member Name". If a picture is missing "month" or "lake" info, please include that when emailing me your high res images. Also, although most all these pictures will be in the calendar, there will only be 12 big ones representing each month (of course). Absolutely fantasitc pictures everyone. This will likely become an annual tradition so start taking those photos for 2013.

There were just so many great pictures it was near impossible to choose. There was actually a lot of discussion and disagreement over which pictures should win in my family. But we finally have picked some winners, take a look, the winners are announced under their corresponding photos.
