    What a gorgeous day!!!



    Many boats were out spider rigging in what appeared to be about 2 fow...



    I'm still learning this body of water.. And these fish have some shoulders on them...




    My biggest of the day was just under 3lbs and 15 inches... I talked to the Park Ranger who said that they shocked the lake last fall and that numerous crappie over 5 lbs floated up.



    Lakeview Lake (Horn Lake) was my home lake until big money somehow managed to block that public water from the public...



    I'm thinking I'll make Butla my new home now...

      WOW is all I have to say, what a terrific bunch of crappie! Shoulders? they sure have shoulders, great report and pics, thanks. So they took a public lake and made it private? how did that happen? anyway, WTG that is how to go seek a better place to fish.

      Those are great! It would be my home lake too, but the commute would be a little tough. I bet you wore a big smile for a few days after that one.
