• Ships Bay Duck Blind fishing

I was fishing white and chartreuse and only getting nibbled, then I realized the water was so dirty I switched to black and red and I was bobbing fish. 4-5' of water drop it down and pull up fish, it was that fast. Then the water got rough and we had to get back to shore. Striper and white perch.

No snakes by the way, that was odd. Plenty of spiders. The water blew up in 10 min, forecast was 5mph but we had 10+. The shallow bay reacts fast to wind. Did not see another boat fishing only Kayaks exploring.
