Ed,
I've attached another Kansas fisheries video which was completed earlier this week. This video details egg collection, fertilization, hatching, shipping, and stocking of Kansas walleye fry.
Most of our Kansas walleye populations are maintained with regular supplemental stockings. We must collect eggs and milt from wild walleye broodfish each year to provide fertilized eggs to the hatcheries to meet our statewide stocking demands. Some walleye are stocked directly as fry, while some fry are kept at the hatcheries and grown into fingerling and intermediate sizes. I hope you enjoy the video!! https://youtu.be/lBLeeAXui_g
