Bandit Contest - Thank You

I recently received a box of goodies from the Bandit 1605 Contest and wanted to say Thank You to the Bandit Bunch for being not only being sponsors but also providing wonderful prizes that any fisherman would desire. The crankbaits will soon be put to work to earn their keep :-).

I also wanted to thank the Crappie.com Crew (specifically Slab) for providing a wonderful forum for crappie enthusiasts (makes us sound educated don't it) to Rant, Rave and even Rediscover the passion for fishing. Win, Loose or Draw... the contest itself was fun to participate in, so thanks again Slab for providing the venue.

Listed below are the Ten Bandit crankbaits that were sent along with the other goodies Slab slipped in there. Slab also requested that I include all the posts that I made for the contest. I'm grateful that "Yikess" introduced me to the joy of pulling crankbaits some time ago. Ever since then, I have been hooked on Bandits!

Here I am taking a brief paddling break March 17, 2016. I am pulling two Rootbeer Bandits in the 100 series. I modified my kayak just to pull crankbaits! I like the rod holders forward so that I can see the movement without having to turn around. The rods are not in the way while paddling plus when I do land a fish or need to change baits, the rod are in an ideal location since the fishing line falls almost in my lap hands free. And if you were wondering... Yes, I did catch some fish... two bass in under two hours that I was on the lake.
