The first day fished the Gravious arm and didn't to well. We ended with 15.

The second day we fished the Glaze arm and did even worse. ended with 11 and about 50 catfish an SheepHead you just couldn't keep them off.

The third day went back to Gravious an it was on. We had a triple the first 15 min. We got out late 8:30. It was pretty steady till about 10:30 then it died off. We kept on plugging an got one here an one there. Ended with 42 and only a few cats an sheephead to deal with. We were in 45 to 60 fow 12 to 14ft. down.

Total was 68 for 3 guys 3 days. Not good but better than a sharp stick in the eye. Here is yesterdays catch.

It is a nice catch, sometimes you can't measure the success of a fishing trip with numbers.

OK thanks. I never had heard of freshwater drum until I went to Lake Erie on a smallmouth/walleye trip. Got a big one on a jig and thought I had the world record smallmouth. My buddies knew what I had and were laughing while I went nuts.
