You are participating, with your donation in a life changing local program for our local disabled people. These dogs are trained in learning over 90 commands, that will be matched and partnered with someone free of charge because of donations and fund raising events like this. Last year we helped 3 teams, those teams will be present this year to say "Thank You" and tell a little bit about how these trained service dogs have changed their lives.

Courage and Independence, currently in training, will be matched this year with their partner because of your help with Crappie for Canines. Take Pride in knowing that when you see these teams together out in pubic that you had a helpful hand in making all that possible.

Your donation makes these new teams possible this summer, all donations from Crappie for Canines will go towards Team Training Camp this summer, as we prepare Courage and Independence in their future role as Service Dogs with their Partners. Thank you to everyone that has been a part of this journey and supporting this cause!

Come support us again this year, if you cannot fish the tournament and would like to Follow us on facebook too at www.facebook.com/crappieforcanines. Please share our page, like our page, help us spread the word about this life changing local program.

Special Guest MC, will be our own Dave Staley, News Chanel 9 Sports Anchorman. US 101 will be doing a live radio remote, and Team Murphy and Bliss Welch, Ms Wheelchair Tennessee 2013 will be handing out our prizes, along with the help of her 4 year old daughter AnnaBelle.

I am anticipating as time gets closer to events we will have some more special announcements, gifts/prizes/donations.. Keep checking back to thread!

SPECIAL THANKS to Russ Bailey for the Crappie Now Online article (http:/crappienow.com/home/cn/april2015/#p=18), Richard Simms of Scenic City Fishing Charters for all your help and support and The Chattanooga Crappie Club for handling the Weigh in for us.

A VERY SPECIAL “THANK YOU” to a member of Crappie.com for the making of our "Story Telling Banner” and Thank You Slab for helping to make that happen.
