    Well the rain held off so the family and I went out this morning and the bite was ON so fast! All 8 crappie that are in the pic were caught in the first 5 minutes SERIOUSLY!!! But after these crappie were caught it was OVER just as fast as it started. Fished all around my reservoir and never caught another crappie! I just wonder why it is like this sometimes?

    Caught about 25 green carp and kept some that had the hook in their gullets. Those stinkin things will bite ANYTHING! My boy sure loves to feel em tug! Some fish caught on minnows and some on jigs. All caught FROM the bank and in less than 18 inches of water. It was a great day to be out on the water with my family!
