• Strong Winds Made It Tough

    The high winds didn't keep Shawn and I from chasing the thump this morning.

    We launched at daylight just as the wind started to really blow. The bite was slow today and pretty chilly





    But we managed a few nice fish today ending up with 13.

    We caught these fish pushing minnows over brush. Our biggest two of the day were 2.20 lbs and 1.83 lbs.

      Way to brave the cold. Not sure where you guys are but if it is where the frozen line is I bet it was tuff. Great job, nice fish.
