Yes it is it also has an out house there and a well. I have some pictures of our last camping trip and some of the river in front of the cabin. I have been trying to wait out the hot weather to go back. We can sit on the river bank in front of the cabin and catch bream. We call it headquarters for running our limb lines. We normally run 25 but I have 75 lines. I also have a trot line with 25 hook capacity. I own 3 hoop nets but haven't fished them this year, thinking about running them come March 2017. I have been netting new nets for them takes about 30 hours but I only net about an hour a day, I am in no hurry. The owners of the cabin have been real nice to us actually they like us using it. One of the owners said when we camp again he is going to come down and cook an old fashion low country boil IE: shrimp, potatoes, sausage, corn and onions. OH it is very secluded if one of the owners didn't come down we wouldn't see anybody on our 3 day 2 night camp trips.

This is one shot of an afternoon meal chicken bog. That is my youngest brother and you can see the river. We wanted to cook on the coleman stove, might carry a hot plate this time because we carry a generator with us to hook to the cabin.

The camping trip is planned for Sept.13,14,15 and possibly the 16th, will have two boats on the river one will run limb lines up river the other will run limb lines down river. May even set out a trotline. Will crappie and bream fish during the day. With some good luck we should catch some fish for sure.

Little slow reporting caught a 45 pounder and a few 20 pounders had about 160 pounds of catfish, filleted them and they in the freezer now. Best part now going back Nov.7th staying overnight coming out on the 8th. Do not want to catch no more than about 80 to 100 pounds, leave some room in the freezer for deer meat.

Not quite as good as the last one forgot my camera but am satisfied about 85 pounds of fillets this is whatI was hoping for. Not planning anymore this winter but will fish hard for the catfish come spring. will be a few camp trips in 2017 if the Lord willing.
