Default Need ideas for homemade bank blacklight setup

I've been doing a lot of catfishing from the bank lately. I use clear blue fluorescent line for all of my bass and catfish reels and thought it would be cool to build a portable blacklight rig to use bank fishing at night.

My idea is to make one or two setups using these LED light strips you can buy for pretty cheap nowadays. I put a link at the bottom of a potential LED light strip. It is weatherproof, 40" long, has 60 LED's, has adhesive backing, and is only $27.

The only idea I currently have is making a stand/frame out of pvc pipe and adhering the strip to a horizontal piece 2-3 feet high. However, it would be nice to stick it to something with a slight curvature so it has a wider coverage area. I also would prefer to stick it to a flat surface as well as to something that could be rotated if the light doesn't have good a coverage area vertically. If anyone has any ideas, I'd love to hear them. TIA.
