    Default Lake Flatheads

What do you folks look for when targeting flatheads in lakes? I have no problems finding channel cats in the lakes, but only caught a few flatheads fishing for walleye usually. We have no problems catching them in the rivers, but they are pretty predictable in the rivers. I just would like to be able to catch them without getting covered in ticks.

I usually look in the River channels that feed most lakes.
