Nice job
Beautiful!
Too late now, but rather than paint, I have had outstanding success with Thompson's Wood Preserver applied with a garden sprayer to plain, dry plywood. It soaks in and pretty much disappears. It looks like nothing is happening, until you spray water on it, and it beads up!
We used to build sheds with untreated T1-11 plywood siding. Rather than paint, we would apply Thompson's to the wood inside and out. 10+ years later, I still see those sheds, and none have started rotting yet, which is amazing. The painted ones all start to rot from the bottom up, where mud splashes up and starts the rot.
That being said, you must be thorough, 2 applications, and especially soak all cuts and edges of the plywood, where it tends to suck in water. And again, once you apply it, it soaks in and pretty much disappears. You can see a slight darkening, it may look a little more yellow, but that's about it.
One note... This is the Thompson's Wood Preserver, NOT the Thompson's Waterproofer. That is a different product. I used to get the Wood Preserver at Home Depot, but they stopped carrying it in favor of the Behr product, which is AWFUL - Do not use! I had to throw out some plywood after trying it!
The last time I bough some, it was in Walmart clearance section, and I picked up 4 cans at $1.00 each. So not sure if they stopped carrying it, too.
Great job on your boat!

BEAUTIFUL job! VERY nice!
That being said, if you night fish often, I recommend that you install some offset amber floor lights. The blue lights will tire your eyes after awhile, and ruin your night vision for a surprisingly long time, due to the high frequency. Amber is a much better ambient light for night fishing.
I rig boats as part of my job, and I make this recommendation often to customers, and I get a lot of thanks afterwards.
But I digress... Again, very nice work!
