Forgot to draw the ground from the lights to the isolator

My sons bow fishing boat.
Trying to wire in a 24 volt battery bank. It also has a 12 volt DC generator. Want to run lights on 24v then when batteries are dead switch to 12 generator and run lights and charge trolling batteries. Will this work?
Can I hook all system grounds together on an isolator bar with one bank being 24v and the other 12v.

There will be days when the fishing is better than one's most optimistic forecast, others when it is far worse. Either is a gain over just staying home.

No, on your 24 bank of 4 batteries you have charge cables going to 2 batteries that are not connected as 12 volt. In the center of those 4 you would have to disconnect the 2 positive cables and 2 negative cables, then hook positive to positive and negative to negative then you would have 4 batteries hooked up as 12 volts. Then you could charge up then have to reverse those cables back for 24 to run lights. Not going to be able to run lights and charge at same time. And all this has to happen with switch turned off and generator shut off to make sure nothing gets feed back as 24.
Same thing on trolling batteries.

Not wanting to charge the 24v battery bank with generator. Just wanting to run the lights and put some charge in the Trolling batteries.
My main concern is can I use the same grounding spot for both the 12v and the 24v system.

Looking at your diagram it appears you could use that same grounding point. But it also appears the way you have it drawn, when shifting perco switch to charge trolling batteries your going to lose your connection or shift connection to lights from 24 to 12 volts.

Yes sir that is my intended use of the switch. Then the lights run off generator at 12v and at same time charge just the Trolling batteries

Update.
Lights ran strong for 6 hours on the battery bank then switched over to generator and ran the rest of the night flawless.
Thanks for the help Cray.
