Does anyone know what I can clean my bass tracker with? It has brown and black stains all over the aluminum. It's just about embarrassing to have it looking so bad.

I use a solution of simple and bleach. After a spray an soak I'll go over it with a 3M Scotch Brite pad. I have a garden sprayer that I mix a gallon of water, a cup of simple green and a cup of bleach. I spray a four foot area, let it soak but not dry as I work my way around my boat.

Everything is possible. The impossible just takes longer!
Go to a dollar general store and get some cleaner called AWESOM. Cheap cleaner but works great on scum stains. Wet hull, spray on, let sit just a little, I mix some more in bucket then use a car wash brush to use that and scrub. Dosnt take much scrubbing then rinse. Best cleaner I have used and cheap.

Aluminum bright ! Used this to make a very stained pontoon look new ! Just spray it on it does the work then rinse off immediate results.

OK thanks I've tried purple power and it did nothing. I use it on all of our hopper bottoms and our semis. If dies great on them but I can't tell a difference after using it on my boat. Thanks for all the replies I will try the awesome.

Alumi brite will do a good job cleaning, just hose it off quickly. Have used it on fuel tanks and wheels on semi. You are right though, buffing is required. Did alumibrite on pontoon last year and it got rid of that nasty stain, but buffed it out with product found at truck stop. Pontoon looked like a new one
