You do not have to have a ccw license to carry a concealed weapon in your car in missouri. Not sure about the boat.

Do you guys remember Spring Camp at Toronto a few years back? I think everyone from MO was packing that weekend. Looked like the Missouri Militia on a raid.

I was checked on stockton lake in the winter and the officer/and the highway patrol did not say any thing to the contrary about me having a gun in the boat, in the parking lot, or removing same and putting it in the truck...

Always carry at least my little pistol with me when fishing. After hearing about this crazy guy who dumped the young girls body in the lake it really got me to thinking about who you may cross paths with at a ramp before or after dark. I will ask Andy Bullock one of our local agents and see what he says about it. Until I hear different and maybe even after that I will continue to carry mine. It becomes second nature after a while to have it with me. Kind of like wearing a hat. Just does not feel right with out it.

Great Question. Never thought bout it much, always got something under the seat that throws lead. If I'm away from home overnight with the boat, the curtains stay open-it's my stuff and I want to keep it!! Not looking for trouble but don't want any either. Lot's of crazy people in this world

Just took the CCW course Saturday and remembered this thread so I asked the instructor. He said a boat is a vehicle so by the Castle Doctrine you can carry a weapon, concealed or not, inside your vehicle with or without CCW. Once again this was an instructor not a leo so take it for what its worth.

Question about concealed carry. I have a permit, but most of the year I only have on a golf shirt or T shirt which I wear tucked in. I have considered an ankle holster but I wear shorts a lot too. How about the wallet holsters?? I have a Baretta 25 cal. Wildcat or something like that. Not the best for firepower but would it be hidden in a wallet holster.
How do y'all carry. And don't suggest wearing my shirt tail out, can't do it, feel undressed.

I have a little Neoprene sleeve for my little Ruger .380 LCP. I wear it in my front pocket 90% of the time. The other way I wear it is inside the waistband which will not work if your shirt is tucked in. It takes the shape of the gun away and actually when wearing jeans you can't tell which pocket has my phone and which one has my LCP in it. Never even see it when wearing shorts and I can carry it in regular front pocket or in the larger cargo pockets. I can send you a picture if you want of the sleeve I use. I think it was like $10 at everharts and is a Bull Dog or Bully Dog brand.

I have a holster that fits inside the belt/pants, but you are right can't use with shirt tucked in. Shoot me a picture or the link to it on the net. Appreciate it.
