Can anyone tell me when the lake draw down will begin and how far are they going to draw the lake this year?
Who and how do they come up with the draw down level?

9' is more than normal lowering isn't it.
Yes. But normal has been anything but normal for Lake Hamilton the last few years. I hate having to move the ole dock out when the big draw downs come but it is cleaning the lake up a whole lot.
I love the draw down. It's an excellent time to bass fish over there. Plus, it's during deer season so the water is fairly empty.

How is the water level over at Hamilton? I was just wondering if the water level was stable yet. Also, with the big draw down this year, where is the best boat ramp?
thnx

Hill Weatley park in a good one as well. It is off 70 West. Take the by-pass to exit number#2. Take a right heading west. When you pass the lake it will be the right at the next stop lighta mile or so down.
Take a left heading west not right off the by-pass. Sorry
Thanks guys. The weather looks like it will be right for a trip to Hamilton on Sunday & Monday. Cloudy with chances of showers! (Don't hate me but I'll be bass fishing)
Saturday is devoted to crappie fishing on Greeson.
